The fruit is consumed fresh or dried and also used in a variety of Indian cuisines. Apricot oil, extracted from the kernels, is traditionally used in skin & haircare since ages. It moisturizes and nourishes the skin, promoting a healthy complexion and addressing dryness and inflammation. The oil is lightweight and easily absorbed, leaving no residue.
